Booking conditions and cancellation:
Reservations :a deposit by credit card 30% of total stay is required and non refundable for the booking and the balance is payable upon arrival.

Deposit: A deposit (security deposit) of $ 300 per unit is required on the keys and returned at the end of the stay after a site audit.
